Q:After i rent the bicycle from your company ,where can i pick up?

A: For now we have only one pick up point at Selangor ,

Address : Lot.2757, Jalan Raja Nong, Taman Sentosa, 41200 Klang, Selangor D.E, West Malaysia.

Time available For Pick up And Send Back: Mon- Sat 10:00 AM ~ 3:00PM


Q: What happen if I am not allow to enter your premises if I were to pick up the rented bicycle before 12.00pm?

A: Please inform the security guard that you are here to pick up the rented bicycle, he/she will then inform the person in charge.


Q: Will you be delivering the rented bike to my door step?

A: No , we do not currently offering this service.


Q: How do i know if i have successfully booked it?

A: -We will send you a confirmation email once you have done the payment.

-The status calendar on each bicycle page will change to “booked” according to the date you have chosen.


Q:  What if I return the bicycle late?

A: – No, you are not allowed to return late, a penalty will incur for any delay in return

(10%)For First Day  *base on option you have chosen

The Following Days will be charge by ( 1 Day rate / Day).

For example:( If you return late with 4 days  , total penalty = 10%(base on the option you have chosen )+ 1 day rate+ 1 day rate+1  day rate)


Q: What if the bicycle/parts has broken during my rental period?

A: – A fee will incur whether to the whole bicycle or specific broken parts depending on the condition of the broken bike.


Q: Am I allowed to change the model of the bicycle that I am renting during the rental period?

A: -No, you are not allowed to do that.


Q: Can I pickup the bicycle on the same day I rented the bicycle?

A:  No, Bicycle reservation must be done with enough anticipation (at least 1 days before rental date) for The Company to confirm the availability,

However if the renter needs a bicycle on the same day he/she should call (+603-5162 1616)or (Whatsapp to Glendon : 012-2469961)to check for availability. The renter can either reserve a bicycle by logging on to our website at bikerent.asogo.com or emailing to support@asogo.com.
